Terms of Service
Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully prior to utilizing the algorithmic trading software, web interfaces, APIs, and associated technological solutions operated by Talvo Proventorio ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, interacting with our digital interfaces, or running any algorithmic modules provided by Talvo Proventorio, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms.
1. General Scope and Nature of Services
Talvo Proventorio supplies computational tools, algorithmic signal models, and automated order routing connectors designed to interact with third-party digital asset liquidity venues and cryptocurrency exchanges. Talvo Proventorio operates strictly as a financial technology developer and technical software vendor. We do not operate as an authorized bank, custodian, securities depository, broker-dealer, or registered financial investment advisory firm in the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction.
The content, tools, and calculated parameters displayed across the platform are engineered for sophisticated quantitative evaluation and educational illustration. Nothing on our website or contained within platform output constitutes tailored financial advice, discretionary asset portfolio management, or a personal recommendation to purchase or sell any specific cryptocurrency, derivative, or financial instrument.
2. Eligibility and User Verification
Access to the platform is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your domestic jurisdiction;
- You possess full legal capacity and power to enter into binding bilateral agreements;
- You are not a citizen, resident, or entity registered under sanctions administered by the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), HM Treasury, the United Nations, or relevant international watchlists;
- Your usage of automated order algorithms complies with all municipal laws, regulations, and reporting requirements applicable to your location.
We reserve the discretionary right to demand identity confirmation documents, proof of residential address, or proof of lawful wealth origin at any point to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards.
3. Account Security and Credentials
You remain solely and exclusively responsible for preserving the confidentiality of login credentials, two-factor authentication tokens, private API access secrets, and exchange clearance keys connected to your Talvo Proventorio account. All orders, algorithmic triggers, and data modifications originating from your credentials will be deemed executed directly by you. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you uncover unauthorized account access or compromised infrastructure.
4. Technical Risks and Software Disclaimers
Algorithmic software, cloud computing environments, high-frequency network exchanges, and blockchain protocols are exposed to inherent vulnerabilities. Talvo Proventorio cannot and does not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability, instant latency execution, or complete absence of software bugs, slippage, latency disparities, or server disruptions. You acknowledge that:
- Exchange APIs may alter rate limits, fail unexpectedly, or experience severe order delays during peak volatility;
- Network congestions, hard forks, or mempool backlogs can impede timely trade settlement or stop-loss trigger fulfillment;
- System calculations, profit back-testing representations, and analytical metrics do not ensure identical future financial performance.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to misuse, subvert, or tamper with the integrity of the Talvo Proventorio software suite. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary source code, trading logic, or neural weights;
- Executing spoofing, wash trading, layered fictitious orders, or predatory latency manipulation on interconnected execution venues;
- Interfering with network operations through denial-of-service attempts, injection of malicious code, or unauthorized vulnerability scans;
- Sub-licensing, renting, or transferring platform credentials to third parties without prior written approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the United Kingdom, Talvo Proventorio, its directors, developers, and corporate affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform usage. This limitation encompasses, without limitation, capital loss, trading liquidation, lost business profits, missed trading opportunities, server downtimes, data loss, or exchange insolvencies.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or non-contractual claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from these Terms.
8. Amendments and Notifications
Talvo Proventorio reserves the right to modify, amend, or substitute portions of these Terms whenever operational, technical, or regulatory conditions require. Continued engagement with our digital services following the publication of revisions constitutes unambiguous acceptance of the updated Terms.
